1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging Kazi Overseas Ltd's recruitment services, you agree to these terms.
2. Recruitment Services
All recruitment activities are conducted under the licence granted by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) of Bangladesh. Service charges are fixed by government regulation and disclosed upfront in writing.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must provide accurate and verifiable information. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility follows BMET guidelines. Government-refundable charges are returned where the visa is rejected for reasons not attributable to the candidate.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kazi Overseas Ltd is not liable for changes in immigration policy, employer-side delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
